## How the audit works

1. User selects the room problem: too dark, dull/harsh, bedroom comfort, or damp/stuffy.
2. User adds room photos or a short walkthrough video and gives consent to process the media.
3. The server stores temporary media, extracts usable video frames when possible, runs a multimodal room-read, applies rules, and creates a scored report.
4. Result pages present the overall score, score breakdown, top findings, quick wins, next steps, and limitations.

## Boundaries

- Rightlight6 is not an electrical inspection, lighting design certificate, damp survey, medical assessment, or safety diagnosis.
- The output is directional product guidance based on visible room signals and the user's short description.
- Uploads may include private room imagery, so privacy and retention pages should be checked before processing real user media.
